Mexico to play Brazil in Foxborough on Sept 12

Three days after the US men head to Mexico, the Mexican national team will come north of the border to play Brazil at Gillette Stadium.

Here's an interesting quote from the New England Revolution's general manager Craig Tornberg: "Brazil and Mexico are arguably the most popular national teams in the world. What an incredible opportunity for our fans to experience the highest level of international soccer."

September 12th is an official FIFA international fixture so clubs are required to release players if asked so Ronaldinho, Kaka and Robinho are expected to be part of the team.

It is always good to see the boys from Brazil playing on US soil, I just wish the US men were the opposition.

The US still does not have a game set for September 12.
