Weekly Chivas USA News

So what's going on with everyone's favorite last place team? Let's find out.

The whole organization, especially new coach Bob Bradley, is getting ready for the Super Draft where they will get to pick first overall. With so many holes to fill, it will be interesting to see whom they pick.

Chivas's first pick of the 2005 draft is away at US training camp. Goalkeeper Brad Guzan will be stopping shots while trying to impress the Bruce. This is the first time a Chivas player has been called to US camp. It is also Guzan's first call to the senior camp, although he did play for the U-18 US squad.

If there is a Chivas fan in your life (like maybe yourself), you can get them the ChivaFanPack. This pack includes four tickets for Chivas USA's 2006 Opening Day, April 2 versus Real Salt Lake at The Home Depot Center, as well as a Chivas Centenary cap, a Chivas USA soccer ball and the official 2006 ChivaGirls Calendar.

Finally, Chivas USA will soon announce the inauguration of a Chivas Futbol Academy in San Bernardino. For more information on the Chivas USA Soccer Academy, contact Eduardo Creel at ecreel@cdchivasusa.com.
