FC Dallas explains Pablo Ricchetti situation

Over at FC Dallas's wonderful blog, they have a fantastic explanation of the Pablo Ricchetti signing situation. Even if you don't care one bit for the team from Big D, I still suggest you give it a read as it does a fantastic job of explaining some of MLS's harder to understand roster rules.

Basic summation of the situation, for Ricchetti to sign, they need to move one player out of their Senior International or Young International slot.

Anyway, the post does a great job of explaining everything.

On a different note, FCD held an Easter Egg hunt on their pitch yesterday, but for some reason decided to give these kids Houston Dynamo jersey's.

Okay, they are actually Verizon sponsored jerseys, but that makes it even more odd as Verizon's main color is red, just like FCD. I'm sure there is a reason somewhere, but I can't think of one.
