Pat Noonan out with hernia injury
New England Revolution and US National Team player Pat Noonan will be out for the next 2-3 weeks due to a hernia injury. He will travel to Germany this Saturday to undergo surgery to repair the hernia. Dr. Ulrike Muschaweck and Dr. Angie Erhorn will perform the procedure on Monday.
Noonan has not seen action since the September 9th match against New York where he scored the winning goal (and his only goal of the season), but came off in the 18th minute due to a right hamstring injury.
If Noonan is to play for his club again this season, he will need them to make it to the conference championship.
