US roster for Japan

Yesterday, Bruce Arena put forth his 20-man roster for Friday night's match against Japan in San Francisco. The match will be aired live on ESPN2 starting at 11pm EST.

The Bruce will be allowed 6 subs, so expect most of these players to see action.

The really good news is Eddie Johnson has been practicing all week (his first since the injury during the Canada outing). Hopefully he will be able to return to form.

Also, things are looking real good for Bobby Boswell as the defender stands an excellent chance of getting his first cap.

Arena's starting lineup will be annouced an hour before the match.
