Fenerbahce get penalized for shooting

As reported by Fox Sports, the Turkish Football Federation has ruled that Fenerbahce has to play one game in an empty stadium after a fan was shot during a match last month. The match was a friendly against EPL's Everton, which Fenerbahce won 5-0.

It seems this shot was fired not in anger but in celebration. This is something that Turkey is trying to cut down on. Stray bullets have this odd way of doing harm.

I think this is a good punishment but I don't know if this will help stop the practice.
