East Asian Football Championship Ends
The week long East Asian Championship / Women's Cup 2005 has come to an end. On the women's side, the Republic of Korea (South Korea) came out on top after defeating China and North Korea and drawing against Japan.
On the men's side, China captured the gold by being the only team not to loose a match during the competition. They drew against Japan and South Korea and beat North Korea. The tie against Japan was the biggest match as Japan was expected to win.
